What is your return policy?
100% Money Back Guarantee. We want you to love what you receive. That's why we're giving our customers 60 days to try and decide if they love their product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we’ll give you a full refund or credit for products returned within 60 days after you received it. Simply email us at hello@bizbriz.com and we’ll process a return right away. Hassle free, worry free.
Please keep in mind, PERSONALIZED merchandise may not be returned. 
How do I cancel or change my order?

We try to ship your order as quickly as possible, so please e-mail us right away if you need to change or cancel your order. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Do you have any coupons?

Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?
We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, but stay tuned!

How can I find out more information about a product?

If further information is needed about a product, please e-mail or contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to provide any additional information.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift cards? 

Gift wrapping is available only on a few select products. We do not offer gift cards or gift certificates at this time.

I’ve placed my order but I need to change my address, what can I do?
If you notice a problem with your address and you haven’t received a shipping notification or tracking information, email us at hello@bizbriz.com so we can do our best to make changes to your order information.

What if my product/package arrives damaged?
We definitely hope this never happens, but if it does, email us at hello@bizbriz.com and we’ll get replacement products shipped to you right away, on us! 

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.


I haven’t received a tracking number, what should I do?
Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and ship your order after it's been placed. If you haven’t received anything from us for 8 business days, please shoot us an email so we can check it out right away. 

My tracking number isn’t working, what should I do? 
It can take up to 24 hours or 1 full business day for your tracking information to update. If it still hasn’t updated, please let us know.
