Shipping Policy

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the country.

We currently ship to USA only.

Processing:

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, plus an additional 1-2 business days during promotional periods of high order volume.

Shipping:

Shipping is a flat $5.99 for purchases under $35. All purchases over $35 ship for free in the USA. 

Most of our orders ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail, typically delivered in 2-3 business days, up to 8 business days during busy periods. Please note that we ship our orders on time but cannot guarantee delivery times once the items are with the shipping carriers.  

We include shipping information on each product description, so you can know when to expect your items.

Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages. 

Tracking:

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product at any time.

Please note that while the majority of our shipping carriers provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Can I change the address on my order once it has shipped?

Once your order has completed processing and is assigned a tracking number, we are unable to make any changes to an address. For further assistance, you may be able to contact the carrier directly.

What should I do if my package shows delivered but not received?

This happens sometimes. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it's not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn't turned up in 3 more business days, please contact us.
